Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was simply incredible. I enjoyed breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji from both my balcony and the bedroom. The air conditioning duct in the bedroom added a unique touch to the experience. The service was top-notch, filled with valuable information about Mount Fuji and Kawaguchiko. The location, though not outstanding, offered good connectivity through the hotel shuttle. The dining options were varied with a mix of Japanese and Western dishes. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
The hotel rooms were spacious with the living area of the quadroom re-arranged as a second bedroom, consisting of two adjoining rooms, providing plenty of room. The shuttle bus service to the station was convenient. Compared to other Japanese hotels we stayed in, this hotel offered ample space and a practical layout.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, tidy, and comfortable, offering amazing views of Mount Fuji. The hot spring added a nice touch for relaxation. The service was impeccable, the staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The location, while a bit out of the city, provided good connectivity through the hotel shuttle and offered a picturesque view of Mount Fuji. The dining experience was a mix, with a decent selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. Overall, a great value for money.
